Position: SIBOWASCO 003/03/2020 -ICT OFFICER (SIBO 3)
Location: Siaya
Responsibilities
Provide technical ICT support and advice as required across the Company
Provide technical support for the billing system/software
Solve technical and application problems
Diagnosing hardware and software faults
Monitor and maintain computer systems

Qualifications
At least Diploma or BSc. ICT, BBIT or any relevant degree
Professional qualification and at least 3 years’ experience as an ICT Administrator
Proficient in LAN connectivity, capable of doing basic diagnostic of connection problems.
Proficient in Microsoft office and Microsoft Windows
Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory
Internet, intranet systems and LAN/WAN infrastructure
Exposure to Enterprise Endpoint security solutions
Ability to analyse logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems and maintenance efficiency
Server administration experience
