To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Gender Studies, Gender and Development, Human rights, Economics, Social Sciences (sociology, population studies, demography, anthropology etc)
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in gender and development, social protection programming
Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, awareness raising, advocacy activities or similar is desirable
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

Conditions

As per UNICEF DFAM policy, payment is made against approved deliverables. No advance payment is allowed unless in exceptional circumstances against bank guarantee, subject to amaximum of 30 per cent of the total contract value in cases where advance purchases, for example for supplies or travel, may be necessary”.
