Job Summary

We are looking to fill the position of an Information Technology administrator,the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing organizing and supporting the company computer systems.Designing and installing LANs,WANs,internet and intranet systems,telephones,DSTV and CCTV systems.

Job Description/Requirements

• Carrying out duties related to all IT areas and IT department of the company ranging from setting up, trouble shooting and repairs of any hardware and software with any of the company systems; Fidelio, Micros and Tally.
• Designing and implementing preventive maintenance tasks for all hardware and software in the company
• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting internal internet network and making adjustments to ensure 100% uptime and speeds
• Responsible for designing and monitoring the companies firewall and anti-virus software to ensure network security
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of the telephone system and phones in the rooms
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of DSTV related issues
• Monitoring, installing and troubleshooting of CCTV related issues
• Responsible for the server room and all equipment’s installed there.
• In charge of the companies domain, website and email server
• Performs other duties assigned and reports as required.
• Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
