Insurance Marketers - Eldoret

M-tek Services is looking for highly motivated sales personnel to assist in the increase of our insurance products and services.
Qualifications

Must be 21 to 30 years

Should be well-groomed and must have good interpersonal skills

Prior Experience having sold insurance products.

Responsibilities

Selling our financial services to prospective clients.
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones

Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc

Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution

Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation

Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field

Fulfill all company-established policy obligations

Call potential clients to expand their customer base when necessary

Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage

Explain the features of various policies

Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes

Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients

Handle policy renewals

Maintain electronic and paper records

Help policyholders settle claims

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 12 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)

Monthly Retainer of Kshs 7,000-10,000k for the first 3 months and also eligible to commisions
