Roles & Responsibilities.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Prospect for Insurance clients and submit activity & progress reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Approach potential clients to request for and schedule appointments for purposes of presenting company insurance solutions
• Engage prospective clients in fact finding interviews to establish clients’ needs and develop solutions in line with the uncovered needs
• Deliver presentations on available solutions, value proposition and consistently follow up with clients to close up sales
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
• Deliver client-focused solutions that create long-lasting relationships
Qualification & Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in related field
• Must be licensed by IRA
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
• Results oriented and able to deliver & meet strict targets
• Good comprehension of different insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills
