Requirements For Appointment
i) Must be a Kenya Citizen

ii) Diploma in interior design and animation.

iii) Minimum relevant work experience of two (2) years

How To Apply
All applications should be accompanied by a copy of National ID Card, a detailed CV and copies of all relevant certificates and testimonials

Responsibilities

i) Tracking of component part status progress e.g wallpaper, carpet, tiles, and credenza.ii) Set costs and project fees according to budget.

iii) Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.

iv) Produce “sample” and “mood products”.

v) Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

vi) Research and follow County changes evolution and best practices.

vii) Monitor progress, ensuring project is moving a long on schedule.

viii) Establish project timelines and coordinate work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.

ix) Assist to negotiate pricing for materials and labor.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 2 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
