Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, product locations, and movement tracking.
Analyse sales trends and forecasting data to anticipate inventory needs and inform purchasing decisions accurately
Prepare regular inventory reports for management (Operation & Finance Manager), highlighting discrepancies, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
Identify and implement best practices for inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Supervise and train any inventory staff if needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies regarding inventory management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in inventory management is a plus.
