Job Summary
The Role will provide technical support to maintain and manage the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. In addition, this position assists in development of training materials, product manuals and other technical service tools.

Role and Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
• Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
Experience Profile
• Bachelors or Diploma engineering, technology or science, or combination of education and experience
• 2-4years proven experience in a technical service or support role
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, small team environment
• Demonstrated strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux)
• Experience with electronic equipment, apps or telemetry preferred
