It Support Intern At Mogo Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, etc.)
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving computer and peripheral problems.
Support installation and configuration of operating systems and software.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Help monitor, manage & audit user accounts (Active Directory, O365, Biometrics, etc.)
Assist with documentation of support procedures and technical guides
Support in setting up meeting rooms and IT equipment for events.
Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing quarterly tasks & projects.

What you will need:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Prior internship or IT experience is a plus but not required.
