Job Description
The successful candidate will capture, analyse, and report on the company's job profiles as well as audit jobs for content, assist in activities such as survey participation and salary planning by collecting and providing data. He/she must have a keen attention to detail. Experience with Willis Towers Watson’s job evaluation system, Global Grading System or any other equivalent job leveling methodology is aMUST!
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all HRBP and stakeholders are trained and familiar on job evaluation processes and methodology.
• Ensures that all positions have adequate Job Profiles.
• Assess the value of jobs using a computerized scheme.
• Review assess and record outcomes.
• Assists in job analyses, evaluate and recommend creative solutions for routine compensation related issues.
• Update Job Profiles reflecting job responsibilities, duties and requirements.
• Performs periodically local job surveys to check, validate, and update the company’s benchmark jobs’ structure.
• Conducts audits to help ensure the accuracy of job levels.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative data analysis and produce quality deliverables in fast paced environment.
• Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of job evaluation policies.
• Support with salary survey participation.
Qualifications:
• Advanced technical training / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in the same role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Analytical and Strategic skills.
• Very Good Computer skills.
• Experience with Willis Towers Watson’s job evaluation system, Global Grading System or any other equivalent job leveling methodology.
Monthly net salary:USD 2,500 plus other benefits depending on skills and experience.
Position Level:Upper Mid-Level.
