Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize deployment.
Conduct research and data collection from identified tuk tuk riders around Mombasa town and Nyali.
Manage local teams, ensuring seamless coordination with the head office for project alignment and operational support.
Ensure timely and high-quality project execution, meeting all technical and operational standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including business partners and customers.
Utilize data collection tools to track project progress and market feedback.
The Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in fieldwork, installations, or project management, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
Experience in market research, data collection, and analysis.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
