Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming motor vehicle spare parts.
Issue spare parts to authorized personnel and maintain accurate inventory records.
Capture goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and other inventory transactions in SAP.
Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low-stock or fast-moving items.
Maintain proper documentation of stock movements, delivery notes, invoices, and requisition forms.
Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Ensure spare parts are correctly labelled, stored, and organized for easy identification.
Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.
Maintain filing systems and ensure records are complete and up to date.
Support procurement and workshop teams in identifying and sourcing the correct spare parts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and health and safety standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a stores, inventory, or clerical role within the automotive, transport, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of motor vehicle spare parts and their applications.
Experience using SAP ERP, particularly inventory or materials management modules.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
