Details of the offer

The Junior Systems & Network Engineer role will be dealing with network operations, monitoring & managing systems, Integration testing, Systems & Infrastructure documentation and inventories, and Customer support for SLA Products and Services using various tools and SLA system interfaces. The role is both technical and customer based and therefore it requires the ability to understand, interrogate and articulate complex systems, the discipline of follow through as well as customer support skills. The objective of this role is to standardize our system & infrastructure operations
to achieve customer delight by ensuring & guaranteeing high system availability.

Qualifications:You have a (higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

CCNA.

Skills and Experience
1) A good grasp of communication protocols (Mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)2) Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux
based environments.3) Experience with various web servers4) Cloud experience, preferably in AWS5) Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)6) Experience with monitoring systems7) scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)8) API testing with postman, azure test cases9) Experience with devops tools like Azure Devops, jenkins10) Attention to detail and strong ability to detect network issues quickly
