Ericsson Kenya is looking for Key Account Manager (KAM) who wants to be part of CU SEA transformation Journey. Through strategic thinking, business development and leadership you will enable a responsible and profitable business for Ericsson. This is a demanding role for a pan-Africa customer with a diverse set of challenges and solutionsThis role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for a KAM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.

Responsibilities

Ensure Ericsson Compliance framework is implemented and adhered to
Identify responsible business opportunities

Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements

Generate profitability sales and develop long term business

Improve customer relationship and build dedication

Ensure quality and profitability in delivery

Lead and develop a stellar sales team

Job Requirements
Required education
: Post-graduate education

Required relevant work experience
: 7 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
