Key Responsibilities Conduct technical skills assessments and identify training needs Design and deliver interactive training programs Develop engaging learning materials, including manuals, case studies & exercises Monitor training impact and performance improvement Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and integrate them into learning Qualifications A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 4+ years of experience in teaching technical skills or middle management Strong BPO process improvement and training development skills
