Lifestyle Manager

Role and Responsibilities
• Ability to identify or predict client needs based on the client’s lifestyle and taste that cuts across personal and professional wheels of life
• Promote client’s well-being by collaborating with incumbents in the clients support network e.g. house manager and other domestic personnel, office PA etc.
• Always update the clients key personal contact in order to organize clients personal care e.g. Nail appointment, Massage/PT sessions, Dental or health checkups etc. for an individual or family
• Be able to provide support to the client’s family & network e.g. travel, gifts buying, shopping, attending school meetings etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Experience Profile
• Previous experience within in a client facing role
• Strong experience in an administration role
• Experience working with ultra-high net-worth individuals & families
• Well networked with good contacts
• Ideally experience in the following Lifestyle areas: event management, staff sourcing, luxury travel, home management, design & build
• Excellent written and editorial skills

This role performs any task or duty that helps the employer get through life easier and more organized. The lifestyle manager can work for executives, individual business owners or even busy parents. This person must be multi-talented because she is the right-hand assistant to her employer and is relied on to perform a number of responsibilities. The successful incumbent will enjoy their customers success. They will be service oriented; flexible in mind set and able to deal with pressure and tight deadlines. In addition to being able to build trusted relationships across all spheres and cadres including children, youth and adults.
