Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting alcoholic beverages and answering inquiries about product offerings.
Manage inventory by stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely reordering of items.
Handle transactions efficiently, including cash and digital payments, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Enforce alcohol sale regulations, including verifying customers' age in compliance with legal requirements.
Provide product recommendations and educate customers on various types of alcoholic beverages.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Have at least 4 years of experience as a bar attendant or sales representative in a wines and spirits establishment.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of various types of alcohol, including wines, spirits, and beers.
Hold a hospitality course certificate from a recognized institution.
Provide their original academic certificate during the application process (mandatory).
