Establish and manage relationships with car dealers in the allocated regionPresent Mogo products to customers and partnersGenerate sales leads from car dealerships and other partnersWork closely with other Mogo employees to ensure prospective customers are served in the most convenient and professional wayEnsure that KYC, fraud check, and credit risk procedures are followed correctlyTrain, motivate and manage Independent Sales AgentsAttend different events e.g Car Bazaar to create brand awareness and acquire new contacts.QualificationsDiploma/ Degree in a Business-related coursePrevious experience of working with car dealershipsPrevious direct sales experienceKnowledge of logbook or consumer loan businessFluent in English and SwahiliLoyalty and integrityWe offerCompetitive salary and performance bonusFriendly and dynamic work environmentGreat opportunity to participate in building up businessSupport from a professional international teamOpportunity for personal development
