Loans Officer

A medium size Deposit Taking Sacco based in Nairobi, with countrywide membership invites applications from qualified and competent professional with excellent credentials for the following positions.
Qualifications and skills:

Degree/Diploma in Business IT or any relevant course

Diploma/certificate in Cooperative Management will be an added advantage.

Must have high financial management capability

Have good knowledge of information Technology. Any IT related professional course will be an added advantage

Must have relevant working experience of at least two years in a Sacco.
Experience using Navision system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Appraisal of loans - determining member’s eligibility and advising accordingly
Handle customer queries and complaints on their loans

Receive documents from MPA and filing.

Managing check off relations with our mother companies

Monthly Payroll advice and monitoring
Handle IT related issues

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 2 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
