An ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the inner workings of supply chain and warehousing, but also comfortable communicating to customers, warehouse personnel, and team members at all levels. They have a solution oriented mindset and are looking forward to jumping into challenges on site at warehouses for a wide variety of clients with FLEXE.

You will become an expert user of the FLEXE OMS/WMS platform, and will recommend process and product improvements. You may be engaged in pilot rollouts of new technology with the FLEXE proprietary WMS, being on site with a warehouse during the launch phase, and providing operational and software feedback for actioning by the broader team.
Responsibilities:

Support high complexity warehouse go-lives in partnership with the ongoing owner (logistics analyst), implementation project management team, and commercial teams.
Provide consultation and issue resolution for existing accounts (non launch) if high degree of change in product or feature mix is occurring.
Partner with Tech/Product teams when solutions to stability involve tech changes, ensuring the front line needs are shared and delivered solutions meet those needs.
Execute audits of physical site readiness, site personnel training readiness, validate forecast/labor plans, triage and manage operational issues through to resolution for the projects you are assigned to.
Execute process improvement activities in a warehouse with support of Industrial Engineer resources.
Guide operational conversations related to warehousing and order fulfillment, and collaborate with leadership from other internal teams.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to completion and quantify impacts.
Act as a resource and mentor to more junior team members that may be involved in day to day support of a site
Create external facing customer specific SOPs to support new launch/go lives.
Qualifications:

Has developed project management skills and can manage task delivery across multiple resources and teams, using typical PM tools like Smartsheet, Trello
Experience working in Microsoft Office programs, G Suite, and warehouse management systems.
A demonstrated ability to create, publish, and administer SOPs.
50% travel can be expected, typically would not exceed one business week at a time.
