Management Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Process sales invoices
• Administer day-to-day finances
• Lodge cash/cheques and manage online banking including online payments and
• transfers
• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
• Administer credit control/debt collection
• Administer payment of bills, invoices and staff expense claims
• Ensure financial controls are adhered to
• Assist in preparation of year-end audit
• Improve and work on reconciliation of income collected through the retailpay platform
• Assist with procurement and risk management processes
• Management of all statutory deductions.
• Cash flow Management
• Record Management
• Maintenance of general ledger accounts, Journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation and coordination of audit process
• Preparation of daily bank reports.
• Monitoring and resolving bank issues including fee anomalies and check offs
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and periodic management reports
• Maintenance of the office accounting files and relevant documents
• Maintenance of office petty cash and its reports
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Institution
• Has done CPA K
• Two (2) years relevant working experience
