Competencies & Experience:
Must have prior experience leading and in operations in a cleaning company or related.

Experience in setting up systems and processes

Degree in business related field

Must be commercially inclined

7 years’ experience 3 of which must be in management

Other Desired Skills:
Unquestionable integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity

Energetic, drive, assertive and ability to take own initiative, possess a “can do” attitude

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Build and sustain effective relationships within the business

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Building and managing a highly effective workforce

Responsible for processes procedures and documentations

Managing the team and ensuring efficiency in operations

Setting KPIs for the team and responsible for the delivery of the overall outcomes and targets

Managing team performance and operations

Ensuring excellent customer service

Ensuring compliance at all levels

Observing market trends and advising management

Preparation and presentation of requisite reports

Conducting market research and development of suitable products

Ensuring proper documentations

Liaising with relevant bodies that support the business

Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
