Ilara Health is seeking to recruitMarket Research Associatesto support the growth of our business and drive our outreach to clinics in various regions.Ilara Health distributes new, high quality diagnostic devices to undeserved primary health clinics that struggle to afford even basic equipment. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for coordinating, conducting and collecting data from field activities
About Ilara Health
Ilara Health makes common diagnostics accessible and affordable to the 500 million people in Africa who today struggle to access even basic blood tests. We partner with companies using robotics and AI to lower the cost of diagnostics, integrate their devices into our tech platform, and sell this bundle to doctors with financing.

Responsibilities

1.Participate in data collection activities or transfer from medical facilities.
2.Maintain confidentiality and quality in all aspects of the work in accordance with our

data protection policy and data quality control protocol.

3. Data Collection Using Questionnaires and Interviews

4. Making reports and recommendations based on your findings

5. Helping in research activities on growth opportunities in new markets to provide strategic guidance to the business

6. Keep information confidential

Skills and qualifications required:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

2. Must have a smart phone

3.Computer literacy

4.Excellent social, oral and written communications skills to ensure information is relayed

effectively.

5.Ability to work with minimal supervision

6.Excellent organizational and time management skills

7.Excellent analysis/evaluation skills

8.Professionalism

Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: three months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
