We are seeking a Marketing and Events Manager who is a self-starter with a strong background in social media management, content writing, and event planning.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our  marketing strategies, managing its digital presence, and ensuring the seamless planning and execution of high-impact events.

What does the job involve Social Media Oversee our social media presence across platforms by creating and scheduling engaging content.
Manage and grow the social media profiles of the executive team.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize engagement.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Content Writing Write compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and mission.
Develop high-quality written and visual content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts.
Track content performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize content strategies.
Events and Management Research, plan, and execute events that align with our mission and objectives.
Secure paid speaker slots for executives and ensure participation in high-impact events.
Handle event logistics, including travel arrangements, materials preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Track and report on event outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement in event strategy.
Self-Starter Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline marketing and communication activities.
Regularly report on marketing, event, and social media metrics.
Manage calendars, timelines, and key deliverables for marketing and event initiatives.
Maintain strong communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in special projects that may be administrative in nature.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role.
Exceptional writing and communication skills for digital platforms.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
