The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the supporting and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage digital content and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enthusiastic and eager to grow within the marketing field in real estate.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Create and Manage digital content across platforms.
Coordinate marketing materials, both digital and print.
(ie Brochures, Property Listing & Signage).
Ensure compliance of all sales contracts.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with agents and team members to nurture client relationships.
Act as a liaison communicator between different team members to ensure campaigns are aligned and deadlines are met.
Support event planning and execution for community events and property showcases.
Maintain and update property listings on company websites and third-party platforms.
Ensuring the team meets their targets on a Monthly basis.
