The job holder will be responsible in creating
result cost effective and result oriented marketing strategies for the company.
He/she will be responsible for managing the marketing team to ensure that they
perform to the expected standards. The perfect candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing all the marketing campaigns within the company’s marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategies in line with the company’s objectives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans, Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
• Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns’, measuring results
• Brand management and corporate identity
• Responsible for Market Research and Analysis
• Conducting Market Intelligence to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications’- Maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of Marketing activities
• Work closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Developing a crisis management strategy and deal with any when it arises
• Recommend and report upon benchmarks against which to measure organizational performance
• Any other relevant duty assigned from time to time.
