Responsibilities
Social Media:
Build a social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive audience research
Upload interactive Facebook and Instagram stories on a daily basis
Ensure that all posts are interactive and response times to queries are in real-time
Overseeing and developing intuitive marketing, advertising/communication and social media campaigns
Promote the company’s services on all digital platforms and enhance brand awareness
Maintaining websites, managing social media platforms, monitoring progress by looking at data analytics
Drive web traffic and acquire leads
Work on SEO of the company’s website
Ensure that the chatbox on the company website is constantly manned and responses to queries are in real-time
Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies
Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to improve KPIs
Compile performance report using analytics reporting programs on individual social media platforms.
Edit and post articles, blogs, newsletters, videos, podcasts and audio content on online sites
Fix any errors in online content
Creating and executing email-based marketing campaigns
Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is at the forefront of industry development
Research and analyze advertising links of competitors
Public Relations:
Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople
Providing information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Researching, writing and proofreading and distributing creative copy for diverse marketing distributions including flyers, publicity brochures, press releases, blogs, articles, website content, videos, photographs, email marketing material to targeted media
Maintain and update information on the Workstyle’s website
Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
Liaising with and answering enquiries from individuals, media and other organizations via telephone and email
Organizing and attending promotional events such as open days, tours, visits and press conferences
Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Gathering and analyzing media coverage
Undertaking relevant market research
Writing and editing in-house magazines/articles, speeches and annual reports
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail, flyers, promotional videos, photographs, outdoor advertisements
Devising and coordinating photo opportunities
Encouraging community relations through community service initiatives
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities
Managing the Public Relations aspect of a potential crisis
Events Organization:
Research and identify event opportunities and generate interest
Create at least two (2) events for our in-house community members and at least one (1) public creative public event on a monthly basis
Creating and managing events calendar, developing events concepts, managing event budget
Organize facilities and manage all events details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc
Organizing events including exhibitions, open days and press tours and visits
Attending networking and media events
Post-event reporting
Maintain records of press coverage
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations of all in house/company events
Proactively hand any issues arising and troubleshoot any emerging problems on in-house event days
Other Roles:
Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed
Assist with the business pitches to win new clients
Coordinating internal marketing and the organization’s culture
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures as well as gather data to identify and define audiences and monitoring performance
Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Provide feedback by compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to colleagues and stakeholder
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Maintain email lists for internal and external communications
Track customer complaints, forward to customer service and follow up to ensure resolution
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience
: 2 years
Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
