The candidate should be able to coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple programs and have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. He or she will work with the marketing team
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring 1-4 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience
This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance, including recruitment, newsletters.
Works to understand marketing goals and objective
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Responds to inquiries, troubleshoots issues and engages managers with the goal to perfect the jobs given.
Builds creative yet efficient newsletters to inform publishers of promotions, program updates and guidelines that align with the objectives and brand.
Accurately prepares reports when required
Is able to analyze data to find opportunities,trends and escalate any potential red flags.
Tracks and analyzes performance campaigns and recommends improvements to maximize company goals.
Understands the why behind each task to maximize results and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, and communicates results.
Able to draft company communications and newsletters and respond to manager inquiries and issues with little guidance from Marketing Manager.
