Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns with a content-first approach.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality content (blogs, web copy, social posts, case studies, newsletters) that clearly communicates ISM Africa's value propositions.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to translate technical insights into engaging content.
Manage and grow ISM Africa's presence on social media and digital channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, photographers, content creators) when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, and social media management.
Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and technically sound content.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Understanding of the construction or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
