Job Responsibilities:
Completing the tasks assigned to the position, accomplishing department sales targets according to the marketing plan, responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, instructing the planning for product and business sales activities, planning, organizing and implementing market activities;
Responsible for collecting market information and analyzing competitors, and providing new market information, price information, competitor information and relevant market conditions to the company in a timely manner;
Cooperating with technical personnel for technical performance and consultation; developing the coping strategies according to customer needs; understanding customer needs for products and recommending products to customers in a reasonable manner;
Sorting out information and following up such information in a timely manner; exploring potential customers through making cold calls or with the help of company resources, managing and maintaining customer relations and long-term strategic cooperation plans among customers, maintaining old customer relations, and continuously following up the project needs of old customers; carry out technical communication and business PR with customers, signing contracts and achieving sales targets. Developing new markets, developing new customers and expanding the scope of product sales;
Responsible for the negotiation and signing of equipment contracts and installation contracts and ensuring the quality of the contracts; executing the company's sales quotation process, conducting project screening, bidding, quotation and tracking until signing, and responsible for the connection of installation construction after contract signing;
Timely following up the payment collection of the project, collecting the payment for goods and urging the receivables;
Job Qualifications:
No gender preference, having sales experience in elevator and weak current industries, good communication skills and interpersonal skills; having great skills and methods in business negotiation;
Preference being given to those with more than 2 years’ sale experience and outstanding performance, conditions being appropriately eased for the outstanding applicants with great comprehensive abilities, and preference being given to those who major in marketing and machinery, have sales experience in such fields, have developer resources, and have the ability to bring in agents, direct customer resources and property resources;
Familiar with the products sold by the company and the characteristics and features of various products, and understanding the functions attached to the products;
Having a strong ability in analyzing and solving problems, proficient in handing emergencies, dedicated, diligent, earnest, enthusiastic, and sincere, having affinity, great leadership and strong sense of teamwork; having quick reaction, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in using OFFICE software to make quotation, tender, and PPT presentation, etc.
Having good market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness, and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under great pressure, hard-working, having teamwork spirit and good at taking challenges.
