We are a dynamic and growing supermarket and wholesale business in Nakuru, with additional ventures in commercial space rental and a restaurant & bar (business segments). We are seeking an experienced member to join our team and take charge of executing marketing strategies for our supermarket, wholesale, real estate and restaurant businesses. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering measurable revenue growth, brand building, and engaging marketing campaigns, in line with the strategies discussed at the GM level and approved by the Board.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or hospitality.
Proven track record in executing revenue-driven marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
Experience in creating and implementing customer engagement programs and promotions.
Ability to work independently, execute plans, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with the local Nakuru market and community engagement is a plus.
