To carry out Daily Inspection on all Lifting machines, Piling Machines, Compressors and Generators and recording in check list on each machines.

Job Description
Coordinate/Team work with other maintenance personals, operators and supervisors for prompt and timely rectification of a snag.
Responsible for maintaining plant maintenance tools and equipment in a cost effective manner.
Control and manage the workshop inventory of spares, service kits, tools and lifting Equipments.
Recognition and control of hazard in the work area.
Should follow the health and safety environment policies of the company.
Should understand and follow the quality policies of the company and to be an active partner to achieve desired goals.
Candidate Requirements
Candidate must possess valid Driving License.
To be able to communicate with others in English.
Working knowledge in Removal & Replacing of different Piling Machinery Kelly bars and Tool attachments.
Knowledge of preparing the Heavy Piling Cranes, Piling Rigs, Construction Equipments and Lifting Cranes for shifting at the origin and a capacity to assemble the same to working condition with limited resource at the destination
To have hands on experience in maintenance of Piling Cranes, Piling Rig, Trench Cutters, Excavators, Heavy Cranes, Forklifts, Compressors, Diesel Engines and Hydraulic equipment etc.
To be familiar with all type of Preventive, Periodic & Breakdown (if any) Maintenance on each machines in a regular basis.
To be able to read and understand electrical, hydraulic drawings, manuals and catalogues and have a capacity to correlate them to the real scenario.
To be well versed in Dismantling, Inspecting, analyzing and assembling of Major Units, accessories and precision components. Also capable of deciding requirement of Recondition/replacement of the same.
Working knowledge in Removal & Replacing of different Piling Machinery Kelly bars and Tool attachments.
Knowledge in different Diesel Engine’s Repair and over hauling.
To be able to communicate with the colleagues for effective maintenance activities.
To be able to understand and rectify simple and complex problems of the equipment.
To be able to select tools for maintenance activities and have the knowledge to use them.
To have mechanical knowledge about construction, operation, applications and maintenance of heavy equipment.
To be familiar with the emergency operations in the case of failure of any equipment.
To be able to work independently and also able to Work under crisis.
To be able to work analytically, while also being careful to ensure problems are solved.
