JOB DESCRIPTION
The Health Department, with more than 50 employees in 5 countries and 3 continents, guarantees quality health services at controlled costs for 242,000 policyholders in 198 countries around the world, thanks to its inte ational medical network.
You will be part of our team based in Nairobi, where you will work in synergy with the medical and inte ational management teams.
Regular travel in the Africa / Middle East area is expected.
As a Medical Network Coordinator, your main missions will be :
Strengthen He er's network of healthcare professionals (hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, etc.) in the Africa / Middle East zone;
Analyze the quality and the fineness of the network with regard to the number of He er policyholders/area
Integrate into this analysis the practices of policyholders (use of healthcare facilities) by collecting their needs from sales representatives;
Establish partnership agreements.
To manage the portfolio of countries:
Train healthcare professionals in He er's third-party payment processes;
Ensure the smooth ru ing of the partnership;
Using figures, analyze the needs for developing or strengthening the network with the aim of improving the satisfaction of policyholders and healthcare professionals;
Set up and monitor performance indicator tables;
Carry out activity reporting.
Ensure the control of the costs of care procedures throughout the network of health professionals:
Analyze the number and average cost of the most frequent medical procedures;
Negotiate the rates for care services in accordance with our cost control policy;
Ensuring the proper application of the tariff lists and their updating by the health professionals.
To be the privileged interlocutor of health professionals through regular meetings, the organization of training sessions and the monitoring of regional health news.
REQUIRED PROFILE
With a higher education degree (Bac+2/3), you have a first professional experience in the field of assistance or health insurance in an inte ational environment.
You are rigorous, organized and methodical. You are pragmatic and a good listener. You like teamwork while being autonomous in your function.
You are fluent in English.
