SLAY TEA LTD is a registered company based on Kiambu Road, Runda and it deals with agriculture, product development and transport. We have motorbikes that we use to
operate with our network of partners such as Glovo, Uber Eats, Jumia and Sendy. We are looking for a young professional rider to join and grow with SLAY TEA.

: Full Time 6:00AM to 9:00PM Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The safety of goods transported using the motorcycle as well as the bike itself.
• Driving the motorcycle as required.
• Maintaining the motorcycle in good working condition by regularly inspecting and cleaning it with our operations assistant.
• Detecting and reporting any faults with the motorcycle. Planning for the servicing of the motorcycle.
• Ensuring that the motorcycle has all the required documentation, keeping it updated and ensuring all renewals are done on time.
• Adhering to all road safety regulations. Other duties as assigned.
• Honesty and communication skills
WHAT TO BRING FOR INTERVIEW
1. Valid motorcycle driving license.
2. Valid certificate of good conduct.
3. Riding experience preferably as an employee of an organisation.
4. Good understanding Nairobi and its geography and mapping.
5. Good English literacy and communication skills. Be trustworthy, respectful and professional.
6. Digital Phone to use for our platforms applications
As a motorcycle rider, you will be responsible for the delivery of services through our network of Sendy, Glovo, Jumia and Uber Eats platform. You will play a role in ensuring efficiency of our operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to strict safety and healthy requirements. Your pay will be entry level and commission based. You will be reporting to our operations assistant. Contract duration will be every 9 months after the probation period.
