This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that align with strategic business goals.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Logistics etc.
).Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.Provide training and support to end-users.Conduct system testing, UAT, and ensure successful go-live.Liaise with technical teams for custom development and integrations.Prepare user manuals and functional documentation.Stay updated on new Odoo features and best practices.The ProfileQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations.Strong understanding of business processes across departments.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills..Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience with Odoo v16 or later,Familiarity with SQL or basic Python is a plus.Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or finance is advantageous.Odoo certification is a bonus.The EmployerOur client is a forward-thinking human resource solutions provider dedicated to reimagining how companies attract, manage, and retain talent.
