A cleaning company is looking to fill the position of an Operations Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Must have at-least 5 yrs. Experience in the cleaning industry.
A solid track record in sales and/or project delivery for small and large projects and administrative/business management, with proven ability in customer service.
Possess a strong sales and marketing background complemented with outstanding communication skills and abilities.
Bachelor’s degree Business Management or related field
Strong understanding of cleaning industry
Demonstrated sound leadership and people management skills
Responsibilities
Service delivery and client satisfaction
Take up the overall administrative and cleaning operations leadership role in the company.
Develop and maintain data related to company operations.
Recruit, induct and manage overall staff performance.
Allocate tasks and work schedules to staff on your contracts.
Supervise staff including Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaning Stewards.
Identifying training needs, providing development and training opportunities.
Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all staff are fully trained and all legal and Company guidelines are observed.
Ensure all employees comply with statutory and Company Policies and Procedures.
Drive new business acquisition and retention of existing Clients.
Take charge of the preparation of proposals and RFQ’s (Quotations).
Oversee the customer care and public relations duties.
Do any other duties as may be detailed from time to time.
