Operations Manager

Requirement:
Graduate/Post-graduate
Must
have experience of the
SAP
platform
Minimum 4 to 5 years in any
Factory operations
or
in the
Construction Industry
Previous Experience of Managing a Team, Dealing with Factory, Warehousing, Dispatch, Imports Handling, Consignment Clearing will be preferred
Job Description:
The person will be responsible for the following –
Warehousing of imported finished goods
Billing and dispatch of goods to the local and international markets
Stock keeping, audit and overall management of all finished goods, marketing collaterals and infrastructure management
Handle primary and secondary transportation
Clearing the Imported Goods from the port
Planning, Monitoring, and Reviewing the performance of each of the team members (both casuals and permanent)
Custodian of various compliances, e.g., adherence to attendance norms, timely review meetings, documentation & reporting
Sales reports, stock reports, and various other reports to be generated on a daily/monthly basis and shared
