A minimum of two years’ experience in a security firm.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or any Security related course will be necessary.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Excellent people handling & leadership skills

Proficient computer user skills

Responsibilities

Take overall command of the security operations of the Assignment and execute the security plan as per the Service Level Agreement,

Cause the recruitment, orientation and deployment of Security Supervisors and Guards with adequate skills and orientation for the Assignment as per the SLA,

Avoid performance lapses on assignment by arranging for induction to be done on the work sites before any changes are made,

Supervise the Take Over / Hand Over routine of Supervisors on a daily basis

Report all cases of security lapses, indiscipline, and non-performance, management requests, or complaints in the Occurrence Book for action,

Undertake incident management, investigate, and draw Incident Reports

Provide leadership of security Supervisors and Security Guards and Guardettes,

Undertake Security Risk analysis and advise intervention measures, and recommend to the Operations Manager the SOPs covering the Assignment in line with the SLA,

Execute the leave administration plan and keep records for all the staffs within the Assignment, ? Publicize and ensure full compliance to the assignment SOPs & SLA.

Raise daily security reports and deployment returns and document the same in the Assignment OB and escalate the same to the Main Occurrence Book,

Liaise with client on security matters, general issues and accounting at the assignment

Deploy guards to the respective posts, arrange, plan and replace guards for their Weekly Leave as per Leave Rota

Attend, listen to and solve guard’s grievances on the assignment or refer cases to the Operations Manager, document the same in the Occurrence Book,

Dispatch all documents and information meant for guards to the field and in return receive the same to the required office,

Undertake the collection of security intelligence, and, do any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
