Job Summary

Position Level:
Junior Level

Organizational Relationship:Functional reporting to the Partner Manager & Launcher General
Compensation:Kshs 192Per Hour -Monthly hourly based Pay + Commission based revenue (Kshs 130 ,000per annum on delivered signups)
Payment Model:Monthly Fixed Pay with a 208+ hours/Month work schedule
Special Attributes: Passionate about outdoors and meeting customers, persistentretail partner acquisition , network Market Place acquisition , technology enthusiast. Medical students on short academic learning breaks are also encouraged to apply.
Work Structure:1/2 day desk a week. Job will require extensive out of office partner visits and engagement for the reminder of the week
Qualifications – Sales Acquisition Agent
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or can be substituted with significant hands on experience in an extreme customer acquisition environment

1-3 years’ Experience in sales

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Demonstrate exemplary communication, project management, negotiation and market research skill Functional reporting to the Partner Manager & Launcher General
