VACANCIES – BNYK (CFAO GLC Project)

An exciting two (2) year Contract opportunity has arisen in our BNYK (CFAO GLC Project) as outlined below.

PDI Technician (Four Positions) Application Reference No NBO/2056/2020

The role will report to the Team Leader-Technical, and the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -
• Carry out receiving inspection of the motor vehicle and report for any defect/damages/missing items
• Inspection of the motor vehicles as per the Pre-delivery inspection SOP
• Report any defect/damages as per the PDI standards.
• Diagnose mechanical problem and servicing of the motor vehicles as per manuals.
• Installation of parts & accessories as per specification.
• Perform road tests for inspected vehicles as per SOP.
• Completion of PDI inspection sheets/reports and submit as per file management SOP.
• Ensure no vehicle is released from PDI without 100% ok PDI
• Cleaning, repairs and maintenance of workshop tools & equipment
• Update operational system (VITS/other)
• Any other role assigned by management from time to time.

The applicant should possess the following minimum specifications: -
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Three years relevant experience
3. Outstanding skills in Communication, Analytical and Organizational skills
