The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Performance Specialist with at least 1 year experience with the following descriptions and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare performance templates, review and prepare monthly performance summary
Handle employee PIP process; issuing performance coaching forms, issuing notices for the PIP process and Organizing for PIP hearing meetings.
Following up on the progress for the employees on PIP and those that were issued with verbal warnings for performance improvements.
Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager and HRBP.
Education and other qualifications
Degree and major in Human Resource.
1 year experience as a H.R officer in another company.
Good in written English and fluent oral English
Must be proficient in word, Excel and power point.
Proficiency in data analysis is an added advantage.
Good communication skill.
