Our Client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing Company is looking to recruit the following position, with an objective to plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates must demonstrate in the CV and interview the below duties. They must come prepared with plenty of examples and be prepared to answer questions and discuss the elements of production on great depth.
• Production planning, implementation, control, review and scheduling jobs.
• Planning and managing Human resources and materials required including equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement to achieved desired targets.
• Follow the Company’s Quality Management System through standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure that standard operating procedures, are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Monitor quality standards of products
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Estimate production costs
• Set production budgets
• Manage production budgets
• Implement cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

Education and Experience
• Minimum experience in Management position for at least 7-10 years
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree -Chemistry, Pharmacy or relevant industrial technology.
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, equipment’s and tools
• Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards, health and safety
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
• In-depth computer skills
