Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee and manage our assembly operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive assembly, particularly with Tuk Tuks and motorcycles.
This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations at the assembly plant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Lead a team of assembly technicians and provide training, guidance, and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock of necessary parts.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the assembly process and implement effective solutions.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet the companys standards.
Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance and operations to management.
Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in automotive assembly, with specific knowledge of Tuk Tuks and motorcycles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
