Requirements
A bachelors, masters and PhD degree in engineering, computer science or related field
An excellent academic track record as evidenced by bachelors, masters and PhD study transcripts.
PhD received no earlier than 2021.
Stellar publication record in respected peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
Evidence of contributions to the wider African AI and machine learning community
The position shall be for two years.
Responsibility
This will be a full time position with the researcher expected to work 40 hours per week. In addition to their independent research, the postdoctoral researcher will:
Supervise junior researchers
Undertake administrative duties such as project management
Publish research in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings
Any other duty that may be assigned by a senior officer.
