The Power Market Leader is responsible for the development of the strategy, sales and revenues of one market (Fossil & Renewable) in Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establishes sales strategies to develop business in his market through a deep understanding of the clients business needs in this market,
Steers and coordinates market sector tribe / network,
Manages (functionally or operationally) one or several account managers of the market,
Is directly in charge of at least one major account of the market or of the most innovative opportunities,
Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the market,
Defines Marketing actions to be launched (events, mailings, newsletters,…), produces market analysis and competitive intelligence, and coordinates with Marketing teams to develop Marketing material for his/her market
At least 10 years of experience on the market technical know-how and Marketing & Sales experience (Fossil / Renewable) in Africa.
At least 5 years of sales experience (proven sales track record)
Previous account management experience
