Key Responsibilities:
Preparing local purchase orders.
Following up and ensuring timely delivery of requested supplies and materials.
Assist in getting quotations from suppliers.
Ensuring the suppliers invoices are submitted to accounts payables on time.
Scrutinizing all requisitions forms made.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Good organizational and communication skills
Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a structured work environment
