Experience in pharmaceutical Industry is a must.

BACKGROUND.

Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Participate in the production planning process.
2. Ensure that all machines and equipment’s are in good functioning before start of shift.
3. Ensure that the material need for production is availed with no delays.
4. Involved in manpower planning and ensure the number of staffs allocated matches the production need.
5. Monitor the production process and provide assistance to challenges experienced and sort necessary support form the production Manager.
6. Check and ensure adherence to the laid down Standard operating procedure in the production processes.
7. Ensure Good manufacturing Practice is followed and adhered to in the processes.
8. Ensure tasks and duties assignment are assigned properly to all production areas staff.
9. Ensure that work starts on time with no stoppages.
10. Ensure the training of the production staff is done and adhered to the training plan.
11. Handle People related issues and report to the Production.
12. Preparing of the production report for review with the production manager.
13. Ensure that the Safety and Health standards are always observed by all.
Job Specification.
1. Degree/Diploma Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology.
2. Ability to develop and lead team.
3. Must be capable for taking initiative.
4. Excellent in being Proactive.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
7. Has over 4 years of experience in Similar position.
