JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
• Assigning duties to workers
• Evaluating workers performance and providing feedback to the management
• Implementing production plans
• Monitoring work in progress
• Maintaining accurate production reports
• Ensuring effective utilization of labour and production resources and minimizing any loss
• Liaison between workers and management for effective communication
• Training of workers
• Resolving employees issues and disputes
• Requisitioning required materials for production
• Production Projects execution
• Creating and managing team schedules through shift planning
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Skills and qualifications
• Diploma in business administration, production or any related field
• Technical knowledge
• leadership skills
• communication skills
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years in production supervision with proven record
