Job Description

Weare looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who has worked in a
Flexo-Printingindustry.
Knowledge on flexo-printing processes, machinery and qualitycontrol will be highly favorable.

Tasksand Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and direct the work effort of staff responsible for production of printing project to ensure that the printing jobs are completed on time, meeting the quality standards.

Implement training programs for staff members to further develop them through mentoring and coaching.

Identify the strengths of team members and give feedback on individual employee’s strengths and appraisals.

Supervise and support each staff members responsible for producing print projects to meet established production schedule.

Plan and manage human, material and machine resources to meet the production targets.

Monitor the availability of printing materials and take corrective action as required.

Responsible for providing quality and timely solutions to problems that arise on the production floor.

Coordinates and inspects the production process to check prints for color shades, misregistration and print quality according to customer satisfaction.

Ensure Quality Control is effectively carried out.

Ensure production schedules are followed and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Informs the relevant production staff of print problems observed at the start and during production run while suggesting the corrective actions to be taken.

Maintain and ensure all set safety standards and procedures are followed.

Able to handle any other duty assigned by the Production Manager.

Education& Work Experience:

Diploma in Printing / Graphic Design or a related field.

At least 5 years of working in a
Printing Industry.

Able to learn and work independently under pressure.

Proven record from previous employers.
