Job Description

Surge Energy Limited is a leading LPG Cylinder manufacturing Company located in Kisaju along the Nairobi- Namanga Highway in Kajiado County.

Duties and Responsibilities.
Task Management.
• Overall in charge of supporting activities for the plant and handling day to day administrative issues.
• Responsible for entire supporting functions to run the production smoothly.
• Shift change over screening and overseeing.
• Inventory planning for smooth production process.
• Daily man power planning in both shifts and manpower management.
• Control over housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of the plant at all times.
• Overseeing loading of dispatch products by employees.
• Ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures by all staff.

Health and Safety
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines by all employees as well as legal obligations.
• Active participant in plant Safety Programs and Perform Audits of SOPs, Quality and Safety.
Other Roles.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications.
• Education: Degree/diploma mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Skills: Supervisory skills.
